Next job for me was to build the Toilet/shower room, the position of this was governed by the caravan seats bought of eBay, I seem to have forgot to take any picture during this stage which is annoying really as much work went in to it. What the picture doesn't show is I have built a frame first either side then fitted waterproof board on the toilet side and 3mm veneered board on the out side, the door side is 15mm veneered as a shower curtain will cover it.

Ceiling
This is the part I wasn't looking forward to but again went quite well. I glued 25mm insulation to the roof filling all the voids with roof insulation. Then I cut 12mm ply into 100mm strips, glued and screwed to cross members across the roof then along the sides front to rear.
Also as the picture reveals sometime in between I'd managed to fit the roof light as well!

Took a drive to Magnum's and bought more equipment including the ceiling boards, just went for the common white textured board and white joining strips which looks really good when fitted. Applied adhesive to the ply bearers fitted earlier then wedged the board for a couple of hours until set, again really easy to do.
All done with lights and toilet fan fitted.

Floor
Started the floor today, firstly by sticking 6mm ply down to the bare floor, then sticking battens down then insulation in between followed by 12mm ply on top creating a sandwich type floor.
The task was much harder and time consuming than first thought but all seemed to come together in the end. I used pu adhesive to stick it all down including a few blobs to secure insulation. I also made a channel in the form of a h shape to take any piping etc.
